Project challenges

Our collaboration with MTT-S (Microwave Theory & Techniques Society) primarily aimed to design a modern and visually engaging website that would capture attention and reflect the organization’s professionalism.

Throughout the project, we faced several significant challenges. One of the key tasks was developing a modern design while implementing it within the complex structure of the MTT-S website, which required careful integration of new elements.

Additionally, we focused on standardizing WordPress templates to enhance the platform’s consistency and visual appeal and ensuring that each subpage maintained a cohesive look involved in converting various views and templates. Unifying these elements was essential to deliver a seamless and intuitive user experience. Our objective was to create a site that was visually attractive, functional, and user-friendly for all visitors.

Our strategy and approach

Our strategy centered on fully understanding the client’s needs and implementing changes gradually to ensure a high-quality final product. We began by creating redesign proposals in the form of mockups using Figma. This approach allowed us to present the client with an initial vision of the new site and gather valuable feedback.

After receiving input from the client, we made the necessary adjustments and moved forward with the project, dividing it into two phases: MVP and post-MVP.

The MVP phase focused on the key sections of the site that were of the highest priority to the client, enabling the swift implementation of the most critical changes and features.

The post-MVP phase addressed the less frequently visited areas of the platform, ensuring that these elements were also updated to maintain consistency and functionality across the entire website.
