
Project goals
During the development of the Salestube website, we set several key goals that directly affected the functionality and effectiveness of the site. We prioritized meeting the highest technological standards by:
- Improving information architecture: The new site should present Salestube’s extensive brand offerings clearly, so we redesigned the entire information architecture, also providing clear menus and internal linking.
- Optimizing the process of adding new content: We structured custom components to allow quick creation of new sections.
- Making content management easier: We aimed to make the site intuitive to use so that the Salestube team could efficiently add and edit content.
- Refreshing the site’s design: We provided a modern UX and UI, consistent with the Salestube brand.
- Speeding up site performance: Improving performance so users can enjoy a smooth platform experience.
Strategy and approach
We began our work by developing a graphic design, taking into account both desktop and mobile versions. Our goal was to create an intuitive user interface (UX/UI), consistent with best design practices and the Salestube brand identity.
The next step was to prepare a database of components and building blocks. We used Tailwind, a modern CSS framework, which enabled fast and efficient design. This allowed us to create a modular structure for the site, which enables easy modification and addition of new elements.
We then proceeded to build the basic subpages. Thanks to the flexible component structure, we were able to create responsive and scalable sections, adapted to different devices. This approach improved performance and user experience for site visitors.
At the final stage, we focused on reviewing the content for SEO. We carefully analyzed and optimized the website’s content to improve its visibility in search results.


Challenges and applied solutions
Migrating to Storyblock required process adjustments and a new approach to content management. A key challenge was SEO and performance optimization – we implemented server-side rendering (SSR) and caching mechanisms to improve indexing and loading speed.
Standard components did not meet all requirements, so we created a flexible library of modules to facilitate content editing. Data migration required a reorganization of the site structure, which we solved with a dedicated script that transfers content automatically.
To simplify the work of the Salestube team, we developed documentation and conducted training, ensuring a smooth implementation. We secured the site’s stability and performance with code optimization and load testing. Regular testing and a well-planned code structure helped avoid post-implementation errors, and clear documentation facilitated further development of the site.
Implemented integrations
As part of the project, we introduced key integrations. We implemented Google Analytics 4 to provide the Salestube team with the ability to perform advanced data analysis and monitor user behavior on the platform. This allows them to better evaluate the effectiveness of different website sections and make informed optimization decisions.
The next step was the implementation of Hubspot’s CRM integration, which enabled the automation of marketing campaigns and improved customer relationship management as well as the collection of leads straight into the CRM. Integrated contact forms and segmentation capabilities allowed the Salestube team to better target communications and increase the effectiveness of marketing and sales efforts.

Results of the project
Upon completing the project, the Salestube website gained a modern and attractive design, improving the user experience. Thanks to technical optimizations, the site’s speed was significantly increased, positively impacting user perception.
The implementation of Storyblok has improved content management, allowing quick changes and adaptation of the site to current needs. SEO optimization helped increase the site’s visibility in search results, which increased organic traffic and improved conversions. By using the right technologies and an approach based on flexibility and optimization, Salestube received a site that dynamically supports their operations and grows with the needs of the business.
